- I ordered this for my friend who just had her first baby. I was given one for my first child and it is absolutely great if you plan on nursing. I got a few extra covers off ebay that had velcro so you could velcro it together behind your back and not have to worry about carrying it if moving from one place to another (since arms are already full carrying baby this is very helpful). The boppy pillow let me sit at a desk to work or on the couch to watch tv and actually be comfortable while nursing my little guys since I didn't have to lean over.
