- I was looking for a set that my 20 month old would enjoy using. She loved using the spoon but really hates the fork... I don't know if there is a single functional toddler fork out there but this one for sure is pretty useless if your child is trying to use it the way a fork was intended to be used. I got these with the Boon Catch Bowl - Toddler Bowl with Spill Catcher in Pink/White and the Silikids Universal Standard Small Siliskin, Lime to get my toddler fully independent. All has worked tremendously well for me so far.
